I am a licensed Home Stay Coordinator and I assist International students in finding suitable housing during their stay in San Diego.
Whether you are here to learn English or study another subject at one of our local Universities, you can improve your English by practicing with your host family. Also, Homestay is one of the best ways to experience America from the perspective of someone who actually lives here, rather than as a tourist. Get to know the real America! I work with a host of families that are willing and able to accommodate students from various backgrounds, and who are carefully selected.
Homestay includes:
- A safe, clean and comfortable home
- Private or shared bedroom with desk
- Daily Continental Breakfast and Dinner
- Laundry facilities
- Telephone (for local calls)
- A kind and caring family
- Counseling and support while adjusting to U.S. Culture

HOME PLACEMENT
My home placement fee is $150 dollars, depending on the requirements of your homestay. This fee covers the necessary paper work and also includes one on one support from a licensed Home Stay coordinator who will assist you with all your needs.
Note: Most accommodation booking is for between 12 and 24 months. The minimum stay is 4 weeks.
AIRPORT PICK-UP
We offer Airport Pick-up for an additional fee. We charge $50 to take you from the aiport to a Homestay in central San Diego, and $75 to take you to a Homestay in the North County of San Diego.
