Each of the undersigned aggrees to hold Scarlett Homestay Services, Agents, School, and employers, harmless from any claim by him or her for losses, costs, expenses, damages, and injuries to person or any property, wheter direct or consequential, arising in any way out of the housing arrangement described in this agreement and any activity related to such housing.

This applicatiion must be signed by the student, (or if student is under 18 years of age from their parent or legal guardian) in order for this application to be processed.

Please note that accommodation and airport and airport pickup will not not be confirmed untill all fees are paid. Request for homestay accommodation must be received at least 2 weeks before student arrival. Accommodation booking is for a minimum 4 weeks. Accommodation Placement Fee and Airport Pickup fee are not refundable. Full homestay fees are only refundable if cancellation received prior to 48 hours of arrival. Homestay fees will incur 50% cancellation fee if notification received within 48 hours of arrival.
